Refund Policy

All sales are final. A PlayoffProof season pass is the delivery of data and insights: projections, rankings, schedules, and recommendations. Once that intel is delivered it cannot be un-seen, so we do not offer refunds. This is disclosed on the checkout page before you pay.

No guarantee of results

PlayoffProof is an analytics tool. Everything it produces is an estimate and an opinion for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee any fantasy outcome, any real-world sports result, or any financial gain. You are buying access to the analysis, not a result.

The only time money is returned

We return your payment only when you could not receive the product in the first place:

• Your league was already claimed. We admit one manager per league. If another manager in your league claimed PlayoffProof before you, your purchase cannot be activated and you are refunded 100% automatically, usually within minutes.
• A billing error. If you were charged more than once, or charged in error, contact us and we will correct the erroneous charge.

Neither of these is a satisfaction or change-of-mind refund; they simply return money for a product you were never able to use.
